Know about Cholesterol

Cholesterol is one of the basics needs of the body. As many other elements are important to run the affairs of body so is the Cholesterol. But usually when we listen the word Cholesterol we think about the heart disease. It seems that this Cholesterol is the basic of all the heart diseases and it is something dangerous.  This a clear mistaken version of the Cholesterol. Indeed our body makes cholesterol and it is helpful to make hormones, vitamin D and many other elements which ultimately help body to digest food in simple manner. 

Body has a unique system of making cholesterol and it is always done in a manner that it does not exceed the limit and need of the body.  Cholesterol moves through the body. This movement is carried out with the help of two lipo proteins. One of them is LDL and other is HDL. All these  lipo proteins are made up of proteins as it is evident by their name. 

But this Cholesterol which is so useful sometime becomes quite dangerous. At this stage we call it bad Cholesterol. Because at this stage it comes to risk our body and certain other functions of heart. When LDL level is high , the cholesterol start gathering in arteries. So there is a blockade of blood supply and so is the failure of heart. 

So this bad cholesterol in a case when its ratio is high cause serious diseases of heart. So doctors always recommend to keep a check on Cholesterol level in body. This high level of cholesterol leads the heart to develop coronary heart disease. 

So when there is high LDL level in body. There is huge ratio of Cholesterol causing the blockade of arteries. This situation is really bad for the condition of heart. Sometime Angina is also caused by this high level of LDL. So where this cholesterol is which in controlled manner is good for health becomes a severe problem and causes further miseries and health problem for the people.

The problem of high cholesterol can be much control through a balance diet. Truly a watchful intake of diet would help you to reduce the danger of high cholesterol level in blood. One of the best practices to control high cholesterol is  proper exercise which  ensure the level of cholesterol in your body at minimum level.

Medical science always urges for precautionary measures rather than taking any medicine or such a type of things. So in the matter of cholesterol it is better to take those food which helps you to secure your health.
