5 reason to know that why you are not building muscle

Every young man and women have a dream to maintain a muscular body. They have dream to look like a wrestler and the heroes playing tremendous role with the body uplift. No doubt it is a positive thought to built the body. And there should be quest to have a strong body with reasonable muscles. Because it makes you more attractive in your circle and it gives you a lot of uplift in your confidence. So you should be after it. 

Sometime, you are so far from your dream to get heavy muscles. This happens in two conditions first you are not trying for it and the 2nd condition is that you are working on it. But still to get muscles is dream for you. You are having gym routine and you are going for it but still you do not have muscles. 

Trainers and those people who are associated with the gym training and exercise have diagnosed certain factors and reasons that why your gym time does not yield in body building. So here those reasons which probably block your way to get tough muscle. 

1.  Gym training or practice requires you to be punctual with it. No doubt being regular matters a lot in many affairs of life. But specially when you are looking for the body uplift then it becomes utmost necessary to have proper routine. It should not be like that you are free and you are going to gym and when not free you are not going to gym. Your timing and your attendance should be regular. This would ultimately help you to have tremendous results.



2.  Another factor which plays a dynamical role is your being unaware that how much weight you should put to cart for exercise. As sometime, you are spending much time in Gym and you are not having enough results. Because you are not using the reasonable weight which ultimately would make your muscles strong and visible. So consult your trainer and must consider this portion of the advice when you are not having results. 

3. Absence of proper sleep can also be a factor that you are not growing your muscle. As sometime you need a proper sleep to let your muscle get relax and develop after a short snap. So along with your gym routine also maintain your proper sleep. This would be quite helpful in building up of strong muscles. 

4. May be you are using a right form to develop your muscle. This problem can be better tackled in consultation with a gym trainer. The trainer would exactly find out that how and what form you should take. He will direct you to work in right direction. 

5. The gym machines and other equipment can be a reason behind this problem. Like sometime you are working hard and spending major portion of your time in Gym. But in return you are not getting any response in your body shape and other things. So the equipment in Gym can be factor that it is not giving your right Push . So also check this factor.
